Establishes a Building Maintenance Account in the State Treasury to fund repairs and maintenance of buildings owned by state agencies.
Overview#
Establishes Building Maintenance Account in State Treasury, separate and distinct from General Fund. Directs State Treasurer to create subaccounts within account for specified state agencies. Continuously appropriates amounts in subaccounts to state agencies for purposes of repairing and maintaining buildings owned by state agencies. Declares emergency, effective July 1, 2019.
